Gaslite Estates in Jeffersontown was established in 1974 with 271 lots, a few homes sit on double lots. The builders kept most all the large mature trees creating a beautiful area of woods all around the neighborhood. There is also 4+ acres of woods that is used by various wildlife as a way to move safely to and from wooded areas around Hurstborne Lane.

Annual Dues
Each lot pays $30 annually Jan 1st. Unpaid dues after March accumulate each month a $10 late fee. After six months the lot may receive a lien and all legal expenses incurred will be added to the total amount due.
